I am a retired Banker, and a Rotarian. I served in the United States Navy and I am Viet Nam veteran. I have over 45 years of management experience and voluntary years of experience on volunteer board of director positions. Through my Rotary service, I have served in many leadership positions including President, District Governor, and currently as an Assistant Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator. I have also conducted over 20 visioning session helping Rotary clubs develop their 3 to 5 year plans. My 40 plus years in banking has taken me from a Teller to Executive Vice President. I have served in many banking positions in lending, operations, auditing, quality assurance, bank mergers, and relationship manager. In my most recent position, I have helped grow the bank from $19 million to $350 Million in assets.
I dedicated my life to empowering, growing and developing those around me to be better leaders and better human beings. My passion is leadership and helping others to find and realize their dreams through motivational speaking, coaching and mentoring. In addition to being an Executive Director for the John Maxwell Team I continue to study under Mary Morrissey along with the Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team. These three world-renowned speakers and motivators have helped me improve my skills and have added value and depth to my speaking, coaching and training abilities. My desire is to empower others regardless of their current conditions and circumstances to live their dreams and create abundance and prosperity through the John Maxwell Team and Les Brown Maximum Achievement Team curriculum.
I have served many other business, community and humanitarian boards throughout my career, such as Helping a Hero, Pasadena Independent School District Education Foundation, Communities in Schools, and Pasadena Livestock Show and Rodeo.
